We look to agree terms that provide “You” with an enhanced return if selling and negotiating good terms for “You” if you are buying. Of course we look to earn for our efforts, as you would expect us to. We are not an Agent, more that we create deals that are not currently available in the market.
We will use our knowledge, skill and contacts to create these deals, share in costs and share in reward. Profit is not a dirty word, we are a commercial operation; however just acting as an Agent is not what we are about. Extracting value can be like pulling “Hens Teeth” but that’s what we do for a living.
The only way we can prove what we can do is:
- Tell us what you want to achieve
- Agree a strategy
- Agree who is paying for what
- Agree the Terms and Exit
- Be judged by our actions, not our words.
