Corporate Development Director of Devington Montagu PLC – Site assembly for the redevelopment of Lemon Quay in Truro, Cornwall, a retail scheme that was taken from initial concept to site assembly and planning permission.
Acquired Holsworthy Hospital in Devon from the NHS, sold after planning enhanced for residential development. Other residential sites acquired in Truro, Falmouth and Bude.
Devington Montagu was acquired by The Property Trust in London. Various projects were then pursued on their behalf, including the Lune Industrial Estate in Lancaster (Investment), 21 High End Residential Apartments in Primrose Hill, London, Nursing Accommodation units Denmark Hill, London, which were developed and the investment sold.
Corporate Development Director – Sandbanks s.p zoo Poland – Identifying potential development sites. Site Assembly for three major Retail Shopping Schemes, starting the Krakow Office.
Previously – Consultant on a well-known Hampshire Country Estate; advising on planning potential and development opportunities on the Estate. Working for London and Cambridge Properties and Evolve Estates identifying development sites for Industrial - Retail & Mixed Use Schemes.
